We stayed in Rose Loft for the second time in March. It was just as it was last time, spotlessly clean, everything to hand that we needed, with the added bonus this time of fantastic weather. Rose Loft is an ideal base for walking and exploring the Lake District. We have booked again for next year and cannot wait to return.
J.B, Apr 2016

The cottage is well situated for all the amenities in Coniston. The cottage was spotless with all the amenities you would need. The views from the large velux windows were excellent. It was a real home from home, would recommend this cottage, will definitely return.
H.T, Jul 2015

We were impressed with Rose Loft the minute we stepped through the door. The whole of the cottage is spotlessly clean and well maintained. There was everything there that we needed, it is ideally placed for the local shops and pubs. We can recommend the Yewdale for food, service and beer. The Black Bull's Bluebird Bitter is well worth a try. The view ouf of the velux windows was amazing and we will be returning as well as recommending.

A great location with easy access to all local attractions and nearby amenities. It was hard to leave and I would use it again happily.
